What is Ipomoea tendan

The morning glory species 'Beijing Tendan' (Tendan, scientific name: Ipomoea nil cv. Tendan) is native to tropical Asia, and is a vine annual of the sweet potato family. The flowers are round with no cuts, and the leaves are shaped like buds. It blooms early in the morning and wilts early in the morning. Collected at Temple of Heaven near Beijing. It is the closest capital to the ancient morning glory of Japan.
