What is Shirahagi

Shirahagi (scientific name: Lespedeza thunbergii subsp. Thunbergii form. Albiflora) is a deciduous shrub of the family Fabaceae native to Japan and the Korean Peninsula. From late summer to autumn, long inflorescences are stretched from the leaves of the weeping branches and many butterfly-shaped white flowers bloom. The leaves are 3 out of double leaves and the leaflets are oval.
