What is Sunshine Blue

Highbush blueberry 'Sunshine Blue' (scientific name: Vaccinium corymbosum) is a dwarf hardy semi-deciduous shrub and fruit tree native to North America in the family Ericaceae. It produces bell-shaped red flowers in spring and large blue-purple blueberries (blueberry) in summer. The pretty white to pink bell-shaped flowers bloom in spring to early summer, and the beautiful blue-purple berries start to appear around June. It produces beautiful blue-purple fruits from around June.
