Solanum lyratum, Scientific name: Solanum lyratum, is a perennial herbaceous vine of the Solanaceae family, native to Japan, the Korean Peninsula and China. It is native to the roadsides and mountains and fields throughout Japan. It has a dense coat of soft hairs on the stem, twigs and all other grasses. The plant grows on vines (leaf stalks) entwined with trees and other plants.
