Rhododendron weyrichii or On tsutsuji (Rhododendron weyrichii) is a deciduous shrub or small tree native to Japan in the family Ericaceae. It is native to rocky areas and forest edges in the Kinki region and southwards, Shikoku and Kyushu in Japan. One to three orange flowers bloom in clusters at the tips of branches before or when the leaves unfurl. The corolla is funnel-shaped with five deep lobes and the lobes are oval with dark red spots on the upper side of each lobe.
