Yuzu or citrus junos (scientific name: citrus junos) is a native upper product of the Yangtze River in China, and is a cold-resistant evergreen small shrub of the family Rutaceae. The origin of production in Japan is South Tohoku, especially main village in Kochi prefecture is famous. It is easy to cultivate strongly against pest damage and cold, but slow growth is a difficult point. In early summer, the white five-flowered flowers will bloom. On the surface of the yellow fruit which becomes after the flowers there are uneven bumps and dips. The fruit has a strong sour taste and there is fragrance in the leather. We use fruits as food. For main use, Japanese cuisine such as cooked dishes and aromas, sweets, processed foods, Yuzu hot water is set up at the winter solstice. {{Oniyuzu}} has 'yuzu' to the name, but it is a plant of another genus.
