Koshino-higanzakura, scientific name:Cerasusu x subhirtella 'Koshiensis', is the Sakura (cherry) of mature deciduous trees, endemic to Japan. Interspecific hybrids between kinkimamezakra and edohigan is. There is Habitat in Toyama, Toyama Prefecture and Toyama prefectural natural monument. Before the flowers come into leaf and tree blossom. Light pink petals larger than edohigan. Bloom is mid March-is the end of April. Flower are named Koshinokni (former name of Hokuriku region) in the precincts (-Zakura much).
