Specularia perfoliata (scientific name:Specularia perfoliata) is annual grass naturalized plants from North America of the genus Triodanis. It makes purple 5 petaled flowers bloom on the roadside. It grows each other to the stem which round leaves stood straight, and the leaves sit on a stem. It takes out flower stalks from an axil to early summer from spring. Flowers have opening flowers and cleistogamic flowers, and only opening flowers bloom. After stamens serve pollen at the opening flower arrangements earlier, and insects carried it away with protandrous plants, the capital of the pistil open and avoid selfing.
