Clove (Scientific name: Syzygium aromaticum) is a tropical evergreen tall tree in the family Myrtaceae is native to Indonesia. Leaves are oval and both ends are pointed. It makes add many tubular flowers to the dispersal inflorescence. Before flowering, pick and dry the buds and calyxes together. The dried form was derived from the Latin word meaning "nail" and was given a flower name. Because incense resembles vanilla it is used for making perfumes. Also, because it has a deodorizing effect to remove the smell of meat, it is used as a spice for stewed meat such as stew. Furthermore, it has a sterilizing / deodorizing effect, so it is also used as an insecticide or herbal medicine.
