Camellia sasanqua haru-sasanqua 'Hanachirusato' (scientific name: Camellia x vernalis 'Hanachirusato') is an interspecific hybrid formed by natural hybridization of the evergreen broad-leaved camellia (camellia japonica, scientific name: Camellia japonica) and the sasanqua (Camellia sasanqua). It is an interspecific hybrid resulting from natural hybridization between Camellia japonica (an evergreen broad-leaved camellia in the family Camellaceae) and Camellia sasanqua (scientific name: Camellia sasanqua). It is a medium-sized, double-flowered camellia with a peach-red ground and red tassel.
