What is Koshino Higanzakura
Koshino Higanzakura (Scientific name: Prunus pendula var. Koshiensis) is a falling leaf shrub of the genus Prunus of the Rosaceae family. It is an interspecific hybrid of Edohan and Kinki mamezakura. Flowers are middle rings, single blooming, pink color, flowering is in March. It is a natural treasure in Toyama Prefecture, and there is a self-fabric in Toyama Prefecture's castle town.
