What is Blue star

Blue star(scientific name: Oxypetalum coeruleum) is a semi - vermicious evergreen perennial of the genus Opetarumum of the family Apocynaceae native to South America from Southern Brazil to Uruguay. It grows on sunny vacant lots and riverbeds. Pure hair grows on the stem, and it looks whitish. Leaves are elliptical with a base of heart shape, and leaves are opposite.
