What is Pingpong tree

Pingpong tree(scientific name:Sterculia monoserma) is the paulownia tree of the genus sterculia native to China. Leaves are large and shiny. Tufted blooms small white flowers in early summer. In a flower without petals has a bell shape 5 deep lobed rather than the sepals. The name depends on the by the frequent appearance of the Chinese and turned to the English Pingpong. And fruit to flower after a break during the black seed is eaten. Tastes like boiled or baked and eaten, but not sweet chestnut. It is said that the seed becomes the abdominal pain due to the parasitic worm, vomiting of the Chinese medicine.
