Setaria pachystachys is native to China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan, is a small annual wild grass. of the department Poaceae of Setaria genus. Setaria viridis (scientific name:Setaria virides) are coastal. It roots in the crevices of rocks and sand of coastal seaboard in Japan .
