Dieffenbachia, Dumb Cane (scientific name: Dieffenbachia) is native to tropical America and is an evergreen perennial plant in the family Aceraceae. The leaves are oblong or oval, with white and pale yellow spots on the green leaves and are beautiful. The flower is covered with Buddha flames with spadices that resembles a Skunk cabbage (scientific name: Lysichiton camtschatcense). Buddha flames are white or green and inflorescences are white to light yellow.
