What is Aeschynanthus pulcher

Aeschynanthus pulcher (Dark Red Lipstick Plant,Lipstick Plant) is an evergreen vines and shrubs of the family Gesneriaceae native to Malay Peninsula and Java Island. Green leaves are egg-shaped and, in the opposite. Shoot apical meristems and axillary give little red tubular flowers each number rings. The corolla 2 crack up and down, and the lower lip is three-lobed upper lip, 2 crack. Stamens appears longer than the corolla. Greenhouse cultivated in Japan since the anniversary of flowering. Because pituitary and locally are epiphytes in trees, hanging potted plant is common in Japan.
The genus name "Aeschynanthus" is "aischuno" (shameful) + "anthos" (flower), the specific epithet name "pulcher" is "beautiful". The flower language is "ashamed."
