Astilbe yunnanensis (scientific name: Astilbe yunnanensis) is a perennial herb native to Yunnan Province, China, belonging to the family Saxifragaceae and the genus Chidakesashi. It is a dwarf astilbe with a herb height of 50-90 cm. The leaves are green and oddly pinnate compound, and the lobes are ovate. Pale pink flowers bloom in summer in conical inflorescences extending from the flower stalks. There are no petals and the long stamens are conspicuous.
