Bluets , scientific name:Houstonia caerulea , is native to North America,and is a small evergreen perennial of the genus Houstonia ,of the department Rubiaceae. Has runners underneath a mat spread on the ground. Many give the florets with white or pale blue flowers in early summer, from spring upwards. Flowers bloom only at the tip of the flower.
