What is Tricyrtis macrantha
Tricyrtis macrantha, Jourow hototogisu or Tosa jourow hototogisu (Scientific name: Tricyrtis macrantha) is an endemic species of Kochi prefecture, and is a cold-resistant perennial of the family Liliaceae. It grows naturally in Shikoku to Kyushu. One or two bell - shaped flowers are bloomed in the axil. Flower color has yellow on the outside and many reddish purple spots on the inside.
