Utricularia intermedia (Utricularia kotanukimo, scientific name: Utricularia intermedia) is a perennial herbaceous perennial edulis of the family Utriculariaceae, native to the Northern Hemisphere. It grows naturally in marshes from the Kishu Peninsula and eastward to Hokkaido. The creeping stem is cylindrical and 6-60 cm long. It has both submerged and subterranean leaves.
