What is Cauliflower
Cauliflower (Scientific name: Brassica oleracea var. Botrytis) is native to the Mediterranean coast and is a light yellow vegetable of cold-resistant annual plant of the family Brassicaceae. It is a coincidental vegetable as a sudden variant of Kale. The height of the plant is low, and a large leaf with a decided lanceolate shape with a timely appearance is put out. Add one large spherical flower bud to a shorter stem apex. Before stretching inflorescence in spring and making yellow flowers bloom, we harvest white flower buds and use them as vegetables. cucumber (cucumber (cucumber) ) and so on together with pickles.
