What is Wasabina

Wasabina (scientific name: Brassica juncea) is a cultivar selected and cultivated canola (mustard rape) of hardy overwort grass of the family Brassicaceae. It is harvested throughout the year, the peak season is from September to March.
The leaves are yellowish green, the leaves are chirimen and the leaves are saw-toothed, but soft as a whole and soft. As yellow flowers are bloom one after another, the flowers are picked inside the buds so that the leaves grow. Leaves are harvested at plant height less than 20 cm. "Wasabi" is added to the name, but it is different vegetables from horseradish belonging to Brassicaceae belonging to the Brassica family who comes on nose. There is no strong pungent taste, just like ordinary leafy vegetables, eat it in salted, dipped, salad, shallow pickled, tempura.
