Spiraea japonic

Spiraea japonic, Japanese Spirea,Spiraea japonica, the Japanese meadowsweet,Korean spiraea or Shimotsuke ,(Scientific name: Spiraea japonica) is native to Japan, and is a cold-resistant deciduous shrub in the Rosaceae family. The leaves are egg-shaped and alternate with each other. In late spring to summer, the inflorescence is extended from the branches and small pink pentapetaled flowers bloom in a hemispherical shape. In addition to pink, there are deep red to white flowers. It is a flower with a Japanese style, and similar flowers, Shinohana( Scientific name: Filipendula multijuga) . Wild wildflowers (F. multijuga) are herbaceous and the leaves are palm-like like autumn leaves.
