Impatiens hypophylla or Hagakure-Housenka(scientific name: Impatiens hypophylla) is an endemic species of Japan, an annual grass of the family Balsaminaceae. It is clustered at the forest edge and wet place of the mountains of Wakayama to Shikoku and Kyushu. The green leaves are elliptical, there are saw teeth, and they alternate. From summer to autumn, it hangs a fishing boat shaped flower with dark spots and light red purple at the tip of the flower pattern under the leaf. There are three flower-shaped calyx and three lip valve and one tubular distance bending inward. Insects collect gathered honey and mediate pollen. The fruits that are made after the flowers are scattered when they touch, and the reproductive power is vigorous. It is similar to the celestial wild dragon flower (Housenka, scientific name: Impatiens textori). Flowers bloom I. hypophylla flowers under leaves, I. textori bloom on leaves. Inside the flower I. hypophylla has no plaque and I. textori has yellow spots.
