Rhododendron keiskei or Hikage azalea (scientific name: Rhododendron keiskei) is an endemic Japanese species, evergreen broadleaf shrub of the family Ericaceae. It grows naturally in mountainous areas and rocky areas of Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu of Japan. The tree height is about 100 ~ 120 cm. Leaves are green, oblong and attached to each other in pairs. Two to three light yellow flowers similar to light yellow rhododendrons will bloom from April to May. Flower diameter is 3 to 4 cm and it splits 5. Uses are plants and potted plants.
