What is Capsicum annuum
Capsicum annuum is native to Mexico and refers to the perrennial vegetables of the family Solanaceae. It is also called red pepper or blue pepper in English. Many small flowers bloom on branched branches from summer to autumn. The fruit which becomes after the flower has a lantern shape, the inside is hollow, there is a spicy species inside. The color of the fruit is green, but it becomes red when ripe. I call green immature fruits "red pepper (blue pepper)", red maturing matter "red red pepper". Blue pepper is baked and eaten or used for appalling. Red peppers are used as spices. Since seeds can not be eaten in extreme spirits, we use the fruits that have left the seeds. Usage is used for spicy dishes of cooking, medicinal effects (appetite promotion, pungent healthy stomach medicine). Because we mainly use red fruits, we call red pepper aka red pepper.
