Lunaria annua ,commonly called as Honesty, is a biennial grass of the genus Lunaria, Department of Brassicaceae naturalized from Europe. It lets 4 valves flower of cruciate peculiar to Brassicaceae bloom in spring. The flower makes aromatic white and purple bloom and has six stamens. After a flower, It lets the unique green fruit of thin oval become. There is demand for dried flower. Flower's name are depend on Goda who took seeds from Europe during the Meiji period and cultivated.
