Garlic

Garlic (Scientific name: Allium sativum) is a native of Kyrgyzstan in Central Asia, and is a vegetable of the bulbous plant of the family Amaryllidaceaes. The height of the plant grows to about 120 cm when left untreated, but it is cut under the flower bud to enlarge the bulb. Flowers are cut off before flowering. Bulbs are used all over the world because of its unique flavor, smell and tonic effect. There is an effect of 1st place in duntz out of mushrooms such as maitake mushrooms which are said to be effective for cancer prevention. The weight of one garlic is about the same weight as the L size pieces of eggs.
