Lamb's ear

Lamb's ears (Scientific name: Stachys byzantina) are native to southern Europe to Caucasus, and are a cold-tolerant perennial herb. It looks like a velvety body with a white hairy appearance on the surface of the leaves and stems. It is called Lamb's ears because it resembles sheep's ears. In summer, it extends the panicles and blooms small flowers resembling peach purple Shiso flowers. It is used for crafts such as dried flowers, garden borders, ground covers and cut flowers.
