What is Sudachi
Sudachi (scientific name:Citrus sudachi,) is an evergreen shrub of the genus ctrus, Department of rutaceae native to Tokushima Prefecture ,Japan. It lets white blossoms bloom in early summer and soak spherical green fruits in autumn. While it is blue, the fruit harvests it and is shipped. The fruit juice has refreshing fragrance and acidity and is used though I take the color of the dish and the smell of fish dishes. Sudachi resembles kabosu, but kabosu is bigger approximately 3 times. It is a special product of Tokushima, andSudachi becomes the prefectural flower. Sudachi is a specialty product of Tokushima Prefecture has become the official flower.
