Coelogyne mooreana (scientific name: Coelogyne mooreana) is an ever green perennial plant of the family Orchidaceae, which is native to Vietnam. The Coelogyne family is an established orchid native to Southeast Asia and is based on white to yellowish green flowers. This Mooreana, which grows on subalpines at an altitude of 1300 to 2000 m in Vietnam, is not very good at low temperatures,however it is a strong variety in summer heat. From winter to spring, it makes bloom flowers which petals are white and the lip is yellow-orange. Mooreana of the specific epithet is the presentor's name for T. Moore who was a british orchid searcher and botanist .
