Spring starflower , scientific name: Ipheion uniflorum , is a species of perennial bulbs of Amaryllidaceae family native to South America, such as Mexico.
It makes thin flower stalk drau out from the linear leaves such as Chinese leek or Nira ( Scientific name: Allium tuberosum) in the spring, the blue and white 6-petaled flowers bloom. The leaves and bulb onion smell. Watching the flowers and shrubbery.
Also there is False yellow crocus (scientific name:Ipheion sellowianum ) .
