Jasminanthes mucronata

Jasminanthes mucronata (scientific name: Jasminanthes mucronata) is an evergreen vine and small tree in the family Apocynaceae native to Japan, China and Taiwan. It is distributed in the seaside mountains from Chiba Prefecture to the west to Kyushu and Okinawa in Japan. It produces fragrant white flowers in summer with conglomerates growing from the leaf axils. The flowers are tubular with 5 deep lobes at the tip.
