Rhododendron vireya or Vireya rhododendron (scientific name: Rhododendron vireya) is a non-cold and non-heat tolerant evergreen small tree native to Southeast Asia in the family Rhododendronaceae. In its place of origin, it grows on trees and rocks in cooler climates at high altitudes. The tree is 70 to 100 cm tall. It produces bell-shaped to vase-shaped five-petaled flowers with a diameter of about 5 cm in spring and early summer.
