What is Black soybean

Black soybeans (scientific name: Glycine max 'Kuromame'), are annual grass of the fabaceae family native to China. Because a blackish pigment is included, it becomes black, but the ingredient to be included in does not change with a soybean. Depends on the breed in the summer, white, pale pink, pale purple flowers blooming and pod-shaped fruit in autumn, from autumn to winter black harvest the ripe fruit. Typical varieties are large been's type' Tanba black' and small type 'Black Sengoku'. Beans boiled with sugar to traditional cooking methods. Also sprout mung (green beans) as well as of materials.
