Swiss chard

Swiss chard (scientific name: Beta vulgaris var. Cicla) is native to Turkey from southern Europe to Turkey and is a cold-resistant one or two year grass vegetable of the family Chenopodiaceae. As coloring is brilliant, it is made to be planted and other vegetables modified to eat leaves, the taste is Spinach . Salad and simmered dish, soak and eat. The axis part has red (Red Chard) and yellow. From red petiole to red leaf, green leaf comes out from yellow petiole. Since it can be harvested throughout the year, it was named seaweed.
