What is Zarugiku

Zarugiku (scientific name: Chrysanthemum morifolium 'Zarugiku') is a chrysanthemum that became known by zarugiku-en (Mr. Saburo Suzuki) at Kuno, Odawara city. Flower name is based on the fact that the grass shape resembles a bamboo basket lying down. The basic species is considered to be a cushion mum type variety.
