Persimmon 'Fuyu' (scientific name: Diospyros kaki cv. Fuyu) is Persimmon (scientific name: Diospyros kaki).

The fruits are rounded and well-shaped squares, and the orange peel is glossy and smooth. The pulp is orange, sweet and soft.
