What is Elettaria cardamomum、Cardamon

Cardamon (Scientific name: Elettaria cardamomum) is native to southern India, Sri Lanka, the Malay Peninsula, and is a perennial of the family Zingiberaceae. Seeds are used for spices such as curry and tea. It is said that there is tonic, digestive promotion, antipyretic in the medicinal effect called as the queen of spice.
