Torch Ginger (scientific name: Etlingera elatior) is a large-sized perennial in the family Zingiberaceae native to East India from Indonesia. Out from the side of the root buds, straight growth tip torch spherical flowers bloom. But in what looks like a flower bracts and flowers yellow small ones, between the bracts appear the real.
