What is mangrove fern
Mangrove fern, scientific name: Acrostichum aureum L., is the semi-aquatic evergreen fern of the Acrostichum genus, of the Teridaceae department native to the coasts of the world's tropical and subtropical areas. The clumps of Ishigaki Island and Iriomote Island, mangrove wetlands in Japan. From short rhizomes 1-needled the 2 m long pinnately compound leaves with the issue. Leaves are glossy and stiff in the cortex, hairless. Small leaves palmately compound leaves are lanceolate, rounded. Without petals, ferns since, sporangia have leaves backside of the leaf tip.
