What is Edible burdock
Edible burdock(scientific name:Arctium lappa L.) is a perennial vegetables of the family asteraceae native to Eurasia continent. It makes the reddish violet flower resembled a thistle bloom in early summer. It is vegetables eating the brown root which grew in soil and enjoying resistance to the teeth and unique incense. It can be eaten the root in Japan and Korea, but there is not a custom to eat a root and eats a leaf as vegetables abroad and uses a root as Chinese medicine.
