Ixtravaganza means "rhapsody. It is a semi-double to karako flower with a white base with a large amount of red vertical stripes and spots in a radial pattern. The flowers are large to huge, 10-13 cm in diameter, and bloom from mid-March to April. The tree does not grow tall, but is erect and densely branched with well-developed branches. The leaves are broadly oval and large.
