Dianthus plumarius, Tatsuta Nadesico or Garden pink (Scientific name: Dianthus plumarius) is a native of Europe to Siberia, a kind of evergreen perennial "Dianthus = Nadeshiko" of the family Caryophyllaceae. It is a parent of a gardening variety such as carnation. Grayish green leaves are densely grown, and flowers bloom from spring to summer. The flower is peach colored petal with cuts, and there is a red circle pattern in the center of the flower. There are also red and white in flower color. It is used for flowerbeds and containers.
