Arnica mallatopus

Chōjigiku (Arnica mallatopus) is a perennial plant native to Japan, belonging to the genus Arnica in the Asteraceae family.
It grows wild on the slopes of moist grasslands in deep mountain regions of Honshu and Shikoku.
It grows to a height of 20–85 cm.
It is distinguished by the dense clusters of long white hairs on its flower stalks.
