What is Jasione perennis
Jasione perennis(scientific name:Jasione laevis)is an alpine annual ,2 year's, or perennial herb belonging to the family Campanulaceae, which grows naturally in high mountains such as the Swiss Alps and Pyrenees. This is because even in perennials in high mountains such as the Swiss Alps, the growth period is different when placed in a warm and humid environment like Japan. It is about 30 cm in plant height, and has a hair on a straight, elongated brown-red stem. The leaves are rosette-like at the base and do not stick at the top. At the tip of the stem, many small flowers are gathered to form a light blue purple spherical flower about 3 cm in diameter. The flowers are the source of honey, or there are many insects such as many bees and bees. Other name is sheep's bit as Sheep's bit, but it is used for garden planting and rock garden because the flowers are beautiful.
