Stachys coccinea

Stachys coccinea (scientific name: Stachys coccinea) is native to North America and is a perennial plant belonging to the genus Stachys. The stem has a square cross section. From early summer to autumn, the spikes extend from the axils, and a red lip-shaped flower in the shape of a wheel grows at each node. Flowers bloom from bottom to top.
