What is Squash

Squash , scientific name:Cucurbita maxima, is a tendrils of green and yellow vegetables of the family Cucurbitales genus Cucurbita native to North and South Americas . Consists of crushed oval of yellow or orange flowers, flowers after the edible fruit. Skin color is light green, dark green, red, flesh color is yellow. Softened and heated surface is raw and hard. Pumpkins have been around throughout the year, circulation even in winter especially in need of veggies so eat pumpkin flesh on the winter solstice is prized as a preventive for colds and stroke. Summer is the season. Seed contains linoleic acid and oleic acid and the prevention of hardening of the arteries, so rich in minerals and protein include anemia and low blood pressure effects. In Japan there are lot of klnds pumpkin suchas the pumpkin (C. moschata),, Acorn Squash , Pepo (C. Pepo), squash (C. Maxima), but ln Japan it is Western pumpkin are most popure.
