What is Celery

Celery (scientific name: Apium graveolens var. dulce) is a European origin, an annual grass or perennial herb (grasshopper) of the Seri Netherlands Mituba genus. Whole grass can be used as light vegetables. In the early summer, I will extend the scattering inflorescences and add a very small white five-flowered flower. The plant height is picked for edible with 30 ~ 40 cm. The grass color is light yellow in Japan, the domestic product in the green is green. The season is from March to April.
