Coral tree

Coral tree (scientific name: Erythrina × bidwillii) is a cold-resistant deciduous shrub of the family Fabaceae. It was bred in Australia with a cross between Common coral tree(American Deigo) (scientific name: Elethrina crista-galli) originating in Brazil and Erythrina Herbacea(scientific name: E. herbacea) originating in Mexico. In summer, it extends the flowering inflorescence from this branch of the year and attach slender tubular flowers with red sword shape. The shape of the flower seems to have bloomed the flower while the flag of Common coral tree did not open and it was tubular. There are about 100 kinds in the genus Deigo.
